Fulfilling America’s Promise exists to rebuild trust in our democracy by demanding a government that works for everyone. We believe the time has come for a new compact between citizens and elected officials: one that prioritizes solutions over party loyalty and consensus over conflict.
We support a binding bipartisan approach to tackle our most intransigent issues, including comprehensive immigration reform, comprehensive entitlement reform (social security reform, Medicare and Medicaid), comprehensive health care reform, federal election redistricting reform, and sensible gun control.
Encourage Democratic congressional candidates (who voters slightly favor to pursue bipartisan solutions) to make good on that support and to reach out to like-minded Republicans and Independents to pledge support for our binding bipartisanship approach.
