B. Patrick Madden

Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Pat Madden is a long-time commercial banker in Connecticut, including service as President of a banking subsidiary and as a commercial marketing director. Until recently, he was a longtime member of the Republican Party in Woodbridge, Connecticut, and is a former State Senator and Woodbridge Town Chairman.

His community service includes work with the United Way of Greater New Haven, serving as a Trustee of the First Church of Christ in Woodbridge, and as Vice Chairman of the Woodbridge Human Services Commission.

Jerry Madden

President

Jerry Madden is the Principal of The Madden Law Group PLLC in Washington, D.C. He is a highly experienced and accomplished federal trial and appellate lawyer. He began his legal career as the sole law clerk to Chief Justice C. William O’Neill of the Supreme Court of Ohio and later practiced as an associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.

Mr. Madden served as Senior Trial Counsel at the U.S. Department of Justice and as Appellate Counsel at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. He is one of the few attorneys to have presented oral arguments in all thirteen federal circuit courts of appeals and has served as lead agency counsel in cases before the U.S. Supreme Court. He resides in Northern Virginia.

Charlie Rowan

Vice President

Charlie Rowan began his legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Howard F. Corcoran, U.S. District Judge for the District of Columbia, and later practiced as an associate at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.

He has more than twenty-five years of experience as a business litigation and dispute resolution professional, including decades of service as Assistant General Counsel of Unisys Corporation, a global information technology company. He is now affiliated with The Madden Law Group PLLC and lives in Northern Virginia.

Cynthia S. Madden

Secretary

Cynthia “Cyndi” Madden was a classroom teacher for sixteen years (K–6) with the Fairfax County Public School System and later served as a math and classroom teacher at St. Patrick’s Episcopal Day School in Washington, D.C. She resides in Northern Virginia.
